Cannabis Becoming Legal?

Cannabis also known as marijuana, weed, or ganja is the most used illegal drug in the United States. According to the National Institute of Drug Abuse, 42.6 % of high school seniors have admitted to using cannabis at least once in their lifetime. It could become legal just like cigarettes and alcohol legal? In twelve states cannabis is already legal on for medical uses with a prescription. Restrictions vary from state to state. Next November voters in California will decide if people over 21 can legally posse up to one ounce of marijuana.
One of the main reasons that cannabis is illegal because of the many effects it has on the humans mind and body. Effects on the mind are such as mental illnesses, mood changes, and not being able to properly operate a motorized vehicle. There are many physical effects like dryness of the mouth, muscle relaxation, and reddening of the eyes.
There are many pros and cons for legalizing marijuana. One major positive for making it legal is that it would help the economy because weed is one of the biggest cash crops in the United States. One con would be that people driving intoxicated or high would more than likely to increase. Another pro would be that dealers of the drug would start to decline and one other con would be that weed is to be considered a drug.

Lil Wayne Not Going to Jail?

Lil Wayne was supposed to be sentenced to prison on Tuesday, February 9, 1010 but got a delay on his sentencing because he has to undergo surgery for his tooth. He is now set to be back in the courtroom on March, 2ND, 2010. The adjournment made by Wayne was unexpected to many who follow him and many though that he wouldn't get the delay from the judge.

Tyga, artist of Lil Wayne's Young Money Entertainment label thinks it a "Blessing" for Lil Wayne's sentencing to be delayed because he take care of some things and get to be around his family for longer period of time. Many Young Money and Cash Money members and showed up at the courtroom waiting to say their final words to Wayne but will get another month to be around him.

Many think that the adjournment is just a way for Wayne to stay out of jail for sometime but many dentist suggest a 10 day recovery time for a cracked that comes with a surgery. So I think Lil Wayne is not faking and really needs the time to heal and put out more music for his fans.

It's Alwats Sunny In Philadelphia

It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia is FX TV show about a group of friends who own a local bar inside Philadelphia but are slackers and underachievers. The gang always seems to up in some crazy controversies where they send the episode for week try in to get out of the problem they are in.

The show is on its 5Th season which started on September, 17 of this year. The pilot for the show to get even started only cost ed 200 dollars to make and shoot which was shot with a digital camcorder. The show has been a overall success with good ratings.

In the year 2010 the show will start to show reruns on the network Comedy Central. The main characters of the show are Mac who is played by Rob McElhenney, Dennis Renolyds who is played by Glenn Howerton, Charlie played by Charlie Day, Deandra "Sweet Dee" Reynolds who is played by Kaitlin Olson and Frank Reynolds who is played by Danny DeVito

I have watched the show numerous times to me it is probably one of the funniest shows on tv right now. I think it is mostly funny because all the stupid they say and do on the show. I would give it 3 and half stars or 8 stars out of 10. It is one of my favorite show on television

Rebirth Delayed Again

Lil Wayne's new rock album called the Rebirth was delayed yet again. The album has been delayed numerous times since this year. It is has been long awaited on the release of the album. It was supposed to be released on December 21, 2009 but is now slated to be released sometime February 2010.

Amazon.com already has a major slip up on shipping with releasing some 500 albums to people who preorder the album. The people who got the album are already listing to the album and enjoying it thanks to shipping malfunction. His first single from the album was a song called "Prom Queen" peaked at number 15 on the Billboard top 100 list which is a list with the top 100 songs in the United States and his second single was released, called "Hot Revolver" but only peaked at 33 on the chart.

The delay may be due to the fact that Lil Wayne will be going to federal prison on gun charges in February. He will most likely be sentenced to 1 year or 8 months in actual jail.

All the delays for the album is making it more stupid every time they delay it and nobody is going to buy if the record company keeps stalling with the dropping of the record. His third official single from the album was finally released and is called "On Fire" and his fourth was also called "Da Da Da."

Notorious Review

Notorious is a biopic about the rapper Christopher Wallace aka " Notorious B.I.G". The movie starts out with B.I.G leaving a Los Angles night club and his entourage stop at a red light where a unknown assign shoots and kills the rapper.

The movie goes back to the begging of his life where he goes to a private school and lives with his mom in a apartment. As Wallace gets into high school he starts to skip out on class and sell drugs. When he is standing on the corner selling drugs, he starts to rap while he waits around for the addicts. After a while he gets discovered by a local record label who signs him but the man that signs him gets fired so they have to start over again. B.I.G sticks by him as they finally find a label that wants them and end up going big and becoming famous.

At the climax of the movie B.I.G gets into a rap beef with a west coast rapper named Tupac who ends up getting killed leading many to think that Biggie had something to do with his death. As the movie goes Biggie trys to change his life and worry about his family but before he can accomplish his goal he gets shot and killed.

My overall favorite part of the movie was when Biggie's friends gives himself to the police so that B.I.G can pursue his rap career which works out because he end up becoming famous and becomes a millionaire. I would give the movie ans over 9 out of 10 or a 4 out of 5 stars.

The Hangover

The Hangover is comedy movie about 4 friends who take a road trip to Las Vegas for a friends bachelor party. The movie stars Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms, Justin Bartha and Zach Galifianakis.

As the friends arrive in Las Vegas they go to the hotel call Caesar's Palace where they buy a really expensive villa. After they arrive they get ready to go out for the night but before they go out they go on top of the roof of the hotel where they drink some vodka.

The movie fast forwards to the next morning where they wake up and come to find out their hotel room is trashed and their friend who is getting married is gone no where to be found.

The three friends go on a whole day in search of their friend trying to find clues to what they did the night before. They later find out that one of them slipped the date rape drug into their drink thinking it was ecstasy. They search and search till they realize their friend was on the roof the whole time.

I thought the movie was one the funniest the movie I have seen in a long time. I would give the movie a 8 out of 10 overall.

The Carter Documentary

The Carter is a movie about Lil Wayne's life as a entertainer and music artist. The movie takes a in dept look at his life and work dedication to his music. Its shows mutiple interviews done by Lil Wayne. It also takes a close look into to Wayne's addiction to cough syrup and weed. He is seen in the movie mixing cough syrup with numerous types of pop and other beverages.

Lil Wayne records everywhere and anywhere he can in the movie because he has a portable studio that he takes with him. The movie shows how he makes he music, Wayne does not write his lyrics he just spits them off the top of his head. The movie shows the week before and after Weezy sells 1.5 million records in a week. Birdman who is basically Lil Wayne's father buys him a Rolls Royce.

I would give the movie a overall 10 out of 10 and a 5 out of 5 because Weezy is my favorite artist and he is just a great talent.

Entourage Season 6 Over.

Entourage season 6 just ended a few weeks ago. Entourage is t.v. show staring Adrian Grenier, Jeremy Piven, Kevin Connolly and Kevin Dillon. The show is about a Hollywood movie star named Vincent Chase(Adrian Grenier) who brings all of his childhood friends with him to hollywood. His best friend becomes his manager named Eric Murphy (Kevin Connolly). Ari Gold (Jeremy Piven) is Vince's agent and Drama ( Kevin Dillon) is Vince's brother who is also a small t.v. actor.

Season 6 is the newest season to date and is accompanied by five other seasons. The season takes place in Hollywood. It starts out with Vince trying to get his license finally but fails the test until the driving instructor lets him pass for premiere tickets for Vince's movie. Eric develops a relationship with a girl named Ashley after breaking up with his ex Sloan from the other seasons. After a while Eric finds out that Ashley is a psychic and takes Sloan out to dinner and her to marry him and she says yes and they become engaged. Ari becomes successful with his agency and his old agencies asked him to buyout their agencies which he does which outs him at the top Hollywood. Drama land a holding deal with a network which is going to create a t.v. show to revolve around him.

Overall I think that Entourage is the best show on t.v. I would give it a 10 out 10.

Fighting

Fighting is a movie that stars Channing Tatum and Terrance Howard, the movie is about a man named Shawn McArthur (Channing Tatum) who is poor and tries to hustle to get paid. One day Shawn was trying to sell some ipods when two teenage kids tried robbing him and he beat them to a pulp. Harvey Boarden (Terrance Howard) witnessed the fight and asked McArthur if he wanted to make money off fighting.

Shawn agreed to fight for the money and the first fight was for 5,000 dollars, Shawn won the fight by hitting his opponents head off a water fountain. The next big fight that Shawn has is against a Chinese fighter for 30,000 dollars Shawn wins again.

The major fight that takes place is against Shawn's long time rival from high school who is now a professional fighter. The fight is worth 500,000 dollars and the way Harvey bet on Shawn they could win a million dollars. Shawn fights and fights for a long period of time and finally comes up victorious.

My view on the movie is that its a great movie that motivates people to fight thru every thing that is thrown at them. I would give the movie a 8 of 10 or a 4 stars out of 5.

Observe and Report

Observe and Report is movie that stars Seth Rogan and Anna Faris. The movie takes place at a mall where Seth Rogan who plays Ronnie Barnhardt as the head of security of the mall. Anna Faris plays a girl named Brandi who also works at the mall but in the make-up department. Ronnie is secretly in love with Brandi.The movie is revolved around a series of flashing done by a mystery man who flashes Brandi in the praking lot of the mall which makes Ronnie try and find out who did it to impress Brandi.

When I watched the movie over the weekend I thought it was a okay movie there were some funny parts. I thought the funniest party was when Ronnie best friend who is also his partner at the mall is the one who ends up being the thief of the mall that had been stealing all the things at the mall during the night.the movie just wasnt one of Seth Rogan's best or Anna Faris's.

Overall the movies was okay the ending could have been better is was entirely to unrealistic. I would have gave the movie a 6 overall out 10 or 2 1/2 stars out of five.

Chuck Liddell's Going Dancing

Chuck Liddell is going dancing on the show "Dancing with the Stars" on the new season of the show. Other stars like Michael Irvin, Aaron Carter, Ashley Hamilton, Tom DeLay and many others.

Liddell is a former and retired UFC fighter. He is a light Heavyweight champion in UFC which is a great accomplishment for a fighter involved in the sport. He was inducted into the UFC Hall of Fame this year which is probably the greatest achievement possible.

Liddell is a fan favorite already on the show just because of his UFC history and how well he was liked in the sport. Liddell did not do to well for his first dance he only scored a twenty two compared to the leader of the episode Joanna Derek which scored a overall 30 for the night. Liddell shows great future in the competition if he shows dedication to getting better which he will just because of the sport he had just retired from which requires a lot of hard work and determination.

Kanye's Outburst

If you were watching the 26th annual VMA's award show. You would have saw a really great awards shoe. Host, Russel Brand did a great job hoasting the show, but if you were watching to see who actually won the awards. You would have gotten a huge susprise. Taylor Swift grammy award winning country singing artisr won the award for a hip-hop type of award. She won the video of the year for her video " You Belong With Me" which is about a girl who nobody really knows falls in love with the popular guy. When Swift was accepting her award she was rudely interrupted by Kanye West who stole the mic from her during her acceptance speech and basically told the whole country he though Beyonce's video was the best of the year. Pitbull was asked to comment on how he felt about it and did not approve of the whole thing. Pitbull caleed Kanye disrespectful . If Kanye would have done it to Pitbul it probably would have ended in a bad way. Kanye West basically justs needs to keep his mouth shut.
